"Custom Based Photo" is a quick customization option, we will customize it according to the character of the photos you provide (such as the character's eye color, hair color, etc.)

"Custom Option" requires you to select character features and add related accessories (our sculptor can know more clearly what you want)

5. If the photo can not upload,what should i do?

6. How many photo i should send?
Answer: One front view and a side view that would be good. If you do not many photos, you can only send the front view.

7. There are some special requestment need to be changed on my order.

Yes, you can choose custom from head to toe option from production list, and then send the facial picture and full body picture to us, we would custom the bobblehead from head to toe according to your full body picture. 11.Can you make another facial expression but not smiling?
Yes, please send us the facial expression picture. If you have some facial expression, please state which expression you want to use for your bobblehead, artist will make the bobblehead facial expression as per your request.

12. How many proofs can i receive? Can i change the proof?
Normally these are the proofs you will receive:head proof,body proof,(revised proof),and completed proof.Usually,95% customers will approve the proof.
